How to Apply

You’ll apply through the Graduate School.

  • Fall application deadline: Aug. 1 (May 1 for international applicants)
  • Spring deadline: Dec. 10 (Oct. 1 for international applicants)

We’ll consider several indicators of your potential for success in graduate business studies, including cumulative baccalaureate GPA, post-baccalaureate work experience (if applicable), and leadership and communication skills. We may ask you to attend an interview and/or submit materials in addition to the following.

Application Materials

You’ll need to submit the following materials:

  • Official transcript from each college or university from which you graduated
  • Goals statement
  • Resume
  • One letter of recommendation

Additional Materials for International Students

If your native language is not English, you must also present one of the following scores received no more than 24 months prior to the beginning of the semester for which you seek admission:

  • IELTS score of 6.5
  • TOEFL iBT score of at least 80 or 213 on the scale of 0-300

If you have a baccalaureate or higher degree from an accredited institution in the U.S., the U.K., Ireland, Canada, Australia or New Zealand at which the language of instruction was English, this may serve in lieu of the TOEFL score. For more information about the exam, visit TOEFL or call them at 1-877-863-3546.

We’ll schedule a face-to-face or telephone interview with you after we receive your application and supporting materials. Be sure to consider admission deadlines when scheduling testing appointments. Early test-taking offers you the best opportunity for admission.

Curriculum and Requirements

The curriculum covers general business subjects required for the MBA degree; however, it is not restricted by traditional academic boundaries regarding credit hours and semesters. Instead, topics are presented in modules of varying lengths. Communication skills in listening, writing and speaking are stressed at the beginning of the program and integrated throughout the curriculum.
